STATEMENT OF FAITH

WE BELIEVE, The Holy Bible is the Inspired and Infallible Word of God; Inspired by God through the Holy Ghost, it is totally infallible and inerrant as a result (John 1:1; II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:19-20).

WE BELIEVE, that it is essential that every believer lay a foundation of present Biblical Truth, upon which he builds and lives his life (John 8:47; Hebrews 6:12). We believe every believer in Christ should establish an intimate relationship with Him.

WE BELIEVE, Jesus Christ is the ONLY WAY to eternal salvation with God the Father, that there is no other name under heaven by which man can be saved, and that no one comes to the Father except through Jesus Christ and His sacrificial death on the cross (John 3:16; 10:9; 14:6; Acts 4:12).

WE BELIEVE, MAN, HIS FALL AND REDEMPTION. Man is a created being made in the likeness and image of God but through Adam’s transgression and fall, sin came into the world. All have sinned and come short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one Romans 3:10).   Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was manifested to undo the work of the devil. He shed His blood and gave His life to redeem and restore man back to God. (Romans 5:12; Romans 3:23; Romans 3:9,10; I John 3:8; Galatians 3:13-14).

WE BELIEVE, we are saved by GRACE through FAITH NOT WORKs. The Bible tells us that the gift of eternal salvation with God the Father can only be received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ (John 1:17; Acts 15:11; Romans 5:1-2; 11:6; Ephesians 2:4-8; II Timothy 1:9; Titus 3:7).

WE BELIEVE, Jesus Christ is truly the only begotten Son of God our Father (John 3:16-18; 20:30-31; Luke 1:31; I John 4:14; Hebrews 1:1-4).

WE BELIEVE, The Incarnation is that Jesus Christ, who is both God and Lord Himself in the Divine Trinity, became fully Man and came down to earth in the flesh so He could then go to the cross to die for all of our sins. Jesus Christ was thus fully Man and fully God when He walked in the flesh.  “INCARNATION” meaning:

• A theological term for the coming of God’s Son into the world as a human being
• Literally “in flesh.” Theologically, the doctrine that in Jesus of Nazareth God took on human flesh and became the God-man
• The incarnation was the act of God the Son whereby He took to Himself a human nature
• Doctrine that affirms Jesus Christ is the earthly manifestation in the flesh of the divine Logos, and that as a corollary, He is fully God and fully man

WE BELIEVE, in The Bodily Resurrection of Jesus Christ From the Grave (John 11:25; Luke 24:46-47; Acts 1:1-3; I Corinthian 15:12-20).

WE BELIEVE, the supernatural event of the Ascension of Jesus Christ. Jesus literally ascended back up into heaven after He had finished His divine mission for all of mankind on earth (John 3:13; 6:62; 20:17; Luke 24:50-51; Acts 1:9-10).

WE BELIEVE, the doctrine of the Trinity. We believe that both God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost are One.  We believe in the only true and living God in three separate and distinct Persons. This Triune Godhead is God the Father, the Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost, with each Person of the Divine Trinity being the three that bear record in heaven as one. (Matthew 28:19; I John 5:7).

WE BELIEVE, in Water Baptism, by immersion in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost (Matthew 28:19; John 3:5; Acts 8:36-39).

WE BELIEVE, in The Baptism of The Holy Ghost.  We believe it is a separate and distinct experience for every believer in Christ.  We believe that it is a necessary, vital empowerment for service (Matthew 3:11; John 14:26; Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4-5, 8; Acts 8:12; 15-17).

WE BELIEVE, that speaking in TONGUES is an evidence that accompanies the baptism in the Holy Ghost (Acts 2:4; 10:44-46; 19-1:6).

WE BELIEVE, in the power of PRAYER AND INTERCESSION.  We live a life of worship and communion with God. We are worshipping warriors. We believe through prophetic intercession we can hear the heartbeat of God and advance His kingdom in the earth. We believe we are heaven’s agents-world changers, and prayer is one of the most powerful forces that can penetrate unreached nations and cross geographical, cultural, and political barriers. (Luke 18:1; James 5:13-18).

WE BELIEVE, in the doctrine of the LAYING ON OF HANDS for affirmation, ordination, impartation, and ministry of healing to the sick (Mark 16:18; Acts 13:1-3; 8:17; I Timothy 4:14; Hebrews 6:2).

WE BELIEVE, that Jesus continues to bestow all five of the ASCENSION MINISTRY GIFTS (Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, Teacher) to His body. They are operative today for the perfecting of the saints to do the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:7-12; I Corinthians 12:28).

WE BELIEVE, the GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT are given by God and should be developed, exercised, and functioning in the Body of Christ because the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. (1 Corinthians 12).

WE BELIEVE, that HEALING AND MIRACLES are a part of the atoning work of Jesus Christ (spiritually, mentally, physically), and every believer can receive his healing and/or miracle today.  Only believe. (Isaiah 53:5; Matthew 8:17; Acts 5:12; 19:11; I Peter 2:24).

WE BELIEVE, that APOSTLES (sent ones), or apostolic anointing and PROPHETS (nataph, seer, nabi, God’s spokesman), or prophetic anointing, are built upon the foundation of the Church, Jesus Christ being the Chief Cornerstone (Ephesians 2:19-21).  We believe these offices are present and functioning in the church today to teach, train, empower, impact, and activate believers to fulfil destiny – purpose, ministry, mission, commission. (1 Corinthians 12:28; Ephesians 4:11-13; Matthew 28:19-20).

WE BELIEVE, God’s covenant with His people for DELIVERANCE AND FREEDOM. ”Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth them out of them all” (Psalm 34:19)! We believe God promises to keep us, protect us, deliver us, and give us peace in every area of our lives. (Genesis 45:7; Psalm 18:50; 32:37; Obadiah 1:17; II Timothy 3:10-12).

WE BELIEVE, “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus” (Galatians 3:26-28). We believe that God’s ministry and spiritual gifts are given without regard to ethnicity, social class or gender…he gave gifts to men (Greek: anthropos; human being) (Ephesians 4:1-12).

WE BELIEVE, in honoring God with our TITHEs and OFFERINGs which are holy unto God (Malachi 3:8-10; Proverbs 3:9-10; 2 Corinthians 9:6-8; Hebrews 7:4-10).

WE BELIEVE, in a literal HEAVEN AND HELL; those who physically die in Christ will immediately go to be with Him. Those who die without Christ will be eternally lost. The Bible tells us that there really is a hell and that it will be forever and ever for all of those who will be cast down into it (Luke 16:19-31; Matthew 5:22; 10:28; 2 Corinthians 5:6-9).
